Refund Policy

Last Updated: June 16, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid features of CmdHub. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax, and the mechanics of issuing any refund back to your original payment method.

1. Pre-paid Credits

CmdHub uses a pre-paid wallet with pay-as-you-go pricing. When you top up, the amount is added to your wallet balance and drawn down as you use metered features (e.g., API search, database download, contract refinement).

2. Unused Credits — 14-Day Refund

If you have topped up your wallet and have not consumed any of that top-up, you may request a refund of the unused amount within 14 days of the transaction. Contact xuepoofoter@gmail.com with your account email and the transaction reference.

3. Consumed Credits

Credits that have already been consumed by metered usage are generally non-refundable, because the corresponding compute/LLM/bandwidth cost has already been incurred. Partial top-ups: only the unused remaining balance from a qualifying top-up is eligible under Section 2.

4. Billing Errors and Unauthorized Charges

If you believe there has been a billing error, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, issue a refund via Paddle.

5. Service Problems

If a paid feature was unavailable or materially failed due to a fault on our side and you were charged for it, contact us — we will credit your wallet or refund the affected charge at our reasonable discretion.

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., malicious activity, abuse, or fraud), any remaining wallet balance is forfeited and non-refundable.

7. Beta and Free Features

Features offered for free or during a beta involve no charge and are therefore not subject to refunds.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email xuepoofoter@gmail.com from your account email with the transaction reference and the reason for the request. Eligible refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method.
